4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
  • If our team arrives and cannot access the property due to incorrect information, the full service charge may apply.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days where applicable.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • The client must provide safe and reasonable working conditions for our staff.
  • Valuable or fragile items should be secured or removed prior to cleaning.
  • Any pets should be kept in a safe area during the service.

6. Liability

  • We are fully insured and take great care during cleaning.
  • However, we are not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damage to property or items
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage caused by poor maintenance or unstable surfaces

Our liability is limited to the total value of the service provided.

7. Complaints

We aim for complete satisfaction.
If you have any concerns about the service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion, and we will review and resolve the issue promptly.
