1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning will not incur any charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a 50% service charge.
  • If our team arrives and is unable to access the property (due to incorrect information, locked premises, etc.), the full service fee will apply.

2. Rescheduling

  • You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the service time without any additional fee.
  • Requests made after that time will be subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling charge.

3. Refunds

  • If you have prepaid for a service and cancel within the permitted time frame (24 hours or more in advance), you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or if the cleaning team has arrived at the property.

4. Service Quality Guarantee

We strive to provide the highest level of satisfaction.
If you are not fully satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
We will review your concern and, if appropriate, offer a re-clean or partial refund.

5. Force Majeure

Kingsman & Co. Limited will not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, accidents, or emergencies.
